Clean, professional photography for teams and athletes — with full-resolution digital files and no hidden fees. Designed for easy booking, flexible delivery, and high-quality results that last.


Base Player Package – $50 per player


Each player receives:

  • One full-resolution team photo
  • One full-resolution individual portrait
  • Download access to web, high-res, and full-res versions of those two images
  • Private online gallery for viewing, sharing, and ordering prints
  • Option to purchase additional portraits


Extra Portraits


  • $25 each
  • Bundle of 4 for $100 (save $25)


Great for capturing a variety of expressions, poses, gear changes, or close-ups. You’ll be able to view and select your preferred images directly from your gallery before purchasing.


Team Booking Details


  • Minimum of 10 players per team required to book
  • Each player pays individually — there is no upfront team session fee
  • Preferred setup: To ensure the best results, we recommend not using active ice or field time. Sessions should be scheduled in a change room, field house, or open space before practice begins
  • Portraits typically start about one hour before practice. Once all players have arrived, the team photo is taken on the field. Any players who still need their individual portraits can return immediately after the team photo
  • A team roster, including parent names and contact emails, is required prior to the session. This ensures smooth communication and proper gallery delivery

Professional-grade prints, posters, and keepsakes are available through your gallery store. There's no obligation to order, but high-quality products are just a few clicks away whenever you're ready.


Frequently Asked Questions


Can I print these at poster size or on canvas?

Yes. All included and purchased images are delivered in full resolution, making them perfect for large-scale prints like posters, banners, or canvases.


What file sizes do I receive?

Each included or purchased image comes in three versions:

Web-size (optimized for social sharing)

High-resolution (great for standard printing)

Full-resolution/original (ideal for large prints and archiving)


Can I download the entire gallery?

Download access is available only for the images included in your package or that you purchase individually. You can preview all images in your gallery and choose what you'd like to add on.


Do we need to book a separate day, or can this be done during practice?

Portraits usually begin about one hour before practice. The team photo is taken once most or all players arrive, and any players who still need portraits can stay after. This keeps the process smooth without interrupting field or ice time.


Why not use the field or rink during practice?

To ensure professional lighting, clean backgrounds, and consistent results, we strongly recommend using a quiet area like a change room, field house, or empty space. Shooting during active play limits quality and delays the process.


Can we do fewer than 10 players?

To keep sessions efficient and costs fair, a minimum of 10 players per booking is required. Smaller groups may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, but different rates may apply.



Do parents need to be involved in booking?

Yes — we ask for a complete roster with parent names and email contacts in advance. This ensures each family receives their gallery and can manage their own downloads and print orders directly.
